01Branding

Brand identity for startups ready to grow up

When to bring us inThe company has grown and the brand hasn’t kept up. It no longer reflects the product, the team or where the business is heading.

Start a brand project

Your brand has to work far beyond the logo: in the product, on the website, in app screens, pitch decks, investor updates and launch campaigns. We build it as a system, so every touchpoint looks like it came from one company.

What’s included

  • Brand strategy & positioning
  • Naming & verbal identity
  • Logo & visual identity
  • Type, colour & design tokens
  • Motion principles
  • Icons & illustration style
  • Art direction & photography
  • Brand guidelines & systems
  • Pitch decks & launch assets

The process

  1. DiscoveryWe get clear on the company, audience, product, market and what the brand needs people to feel.1–2 weeks
  2. DirectionsYou see two or three distinct routes on real screens, and we choose the strongest together.2 weeks
  3. Brand systemWe turn the chosen route into marks, type, colour, motion and rules your team can use.2–3 weeks
  4. HandoffWe apply the brand to your first touchpoints and hand over the files and guidelines.1–2 weeks

02Product design

Product design for fast-moving AI and fintech teams

When to bring us inUsers can get the job done, but it takes more effort than it should. Flows have grown messy, features have stacked up, and the interface still looks like version one.

Improve your product

Plenty of agencies deliver files. We deliver a product your engineers can build. We work inside your workflow and design every flow and state with your team, so what your users get is what was designed, from first MVP to mature product.

What’s included

  • UX audit
  • User flows & information architecture
  • Wireframes & prototypes
  • UI design, every state
  • Design systems & components
  • Usability testing
  • Developer-ready handoff

The process

  1. Product auditWe review the product, users, flows and competitors, and find where people get stuck.1–2 weeks
  2. Flows + UXWe map the core journeys and prototype them, then put them in front of real users.2–3 weeks
  3. Product UIThe tested flows become full interface design and a design system to build on.3–4 weeks
  4. Build supportWe stay with your engineers until the product ships the way it was designed.Ongoing

03Web design and dev

Websites for startups that need to explain, convert and scale

When to bring us inThe product is strong, but the website undersells it. The story, structure or visuals don’t make it clear why anyone should care.

Redesign your website

Written, designed and built by one team, so there’s no handoff and no waiting on developers. What you approve in the design is what goes live. It loads fast, and your team can update it in the CMS without filing a ticket.

What’s included

  • Sitemap & page structure
  • Messaging & UX copywriting
  • Page design, desktop & mobile
  • Motion & interactions
  • Next.js or Framer build
  • CMS setup & content architecture
  • SEO, analytics & accessibility
  • Launch & team handover

The process

  1. DiscoveryWe get clear on the product, audience, current site and what the website needs to say better.1 week
  2. DesignWe design the key pages first, then the full set, reviewed with you every week.2–3 weeks
  3. BuildWe build it, connect the CMS, and you click through it on a staging link.2–3 weeks
  4. LaunchWe test speed and accessibility, go live, and show your team how to update it.1 week

04Launch videos

Launch videos that sell the product before anyone reads a word

When to bring us inYou’re launching something and static visuals can’t carry it. People need to see the product working to get excited about it.

Plan your launch video

A launch needs more than static screens. We write, storyboard, design and animate the film that shows your product working, then cut it for every place the launch lives: the website, socials, ads and the pitch.

What’s included

  • Script & storyboard
  • Product launch films
  • Explainer & demo videos
  • Motion design & 3D
  • UI animations
  • Social cuts & ad creative
  • Launch assets

The process

  1. StoryWe find the one story the film has to tell and storyboard it shot by shot.1 week
  2. DesignWe design the frames, the product shots and the motion style, and you sign them off.1–2 weeks
  3. AnimateWe animate, edit and add sound, reviewed with you at every cut.2–3 weeks
  4. DeliverYou get the master film and every cut and format your launch needs.1 week

05Front-end dev

Front-end development inside your repo

When to bring us inThere’s more design waiting than front-end time to build it. The backlog grows, and what goes live never quite matches the design.

Build with us

The people who design it build it, in the same Slack and the same sprint. We join your engineers and write typed, tested React for component libraries, product screens, motion and 3D, through your own review process.

What’s included

  • Design tokens from Figma
  • Product screens & flows
  • Motion & micro-interactions
  • 3D & WebGL with three.js
  • Performance & accessibility QA
  • Storybook documentation
  • Code review & pairing

The process

  1. OnboardWe read your codebase, agree the conventions and pick the first piece of work.1 week
  2. BuildWe ship reviewed pull requests in two-week cycles.2-week cycles
  3. ReviewYou see a demo at the end of every cycle and set the priorities for the next.Every cycle
  4. HandoffWe document what we built, so your team owns every line of it.1 week

From brief to launch

No two projects are the same, but the rhythm rarely changes: define the problem, move quickly, build it properly, and polish until it’s ready to ship.

Start your project
  1. Align

We define the real problem first, not only the deliverable you asked for.

    Step 01
  2. Design

Quick exploration, then wireframes and final design, reviewed with you each week.

    Step 02
  3. Build

When the work needs to go beyond Figma, we build it and connect it to your stack.

    Step 03
  4. Ship

We refine the last details, launch, hand over the files and code, and stay close.

Questions about our services

Book a call
Do you only design, or can you also build?

Both. Some teams only need strategy and design in Figma. Others want us to build in Next.js or Framer, or to work next to their own engineers.

How long does a project take?

A focused brand or website usually takes six to eight weeks, and product design eight to ten. Projects with more pages, flows or build work take longer, and the scope sets the date before we start.

What does it cost?

That depends on the scope. Focused projects start at $20k and retainers at $10k a month. Tell us what you're building and we'll recommend the right scope.

Can we hire you for one service only?

Yes. Most teams start with one, often a website or a product sprint. When the brand, product or build comes next, the same team picks it up.

Can you work with our existing brand or design system?

Yes. We keep what works, fix what feels weak and add what's missing. We only start from zero when the current system is holding your team back.

Can you help with website copy?

Yes. We work on the story, page structure, headlines, section copy, product explanations and the path to conversion, starting from your messaging or from a blank page.

How much involvement do you need from our team?

Product context, feedback and decisions. You won't need to manage us daily, but the work moves best when someone who knows the product can answer quickly.

Can you help after launch?

Yes. You own the files, the code and the documentation, and many teams keep us on for new pages, features, launches and design support.
